okber Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "okber," "we," "us," "our" refers to the okber Casino platform, its operators, affiliates, and authorized representatives operating under PAGCOR licensing for the Philippine market.
• "Platform" means the okber website accessible at okber.club, including all games, features, services, and content available thereunder.
• "User," "you," "your," "Player" refers to any registered account holder who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered profile created by a User on the Platform, through which access to games, wallet functions, and services is granted.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance associated with a User's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive granted by okber to a User under promotional terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, region, or territory where accessing the Platform is restricted by applicable law, regulation, or PAGCOR licensing conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in applicable promotional terms.

By registering an Account on okber, you represent, warrant, and confirm that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
2. You are a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity — accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes.
3. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or requires a local license that okber does not hold.
4. You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or director of okber or any of its gaming providers, service suppliers, or affiliated entities.
5. You are not a person who has been self-excluded from gambling platforms, including through PAGCOR's self-exclusion registry or okber's own self-exclusion program.
6. The funds you deposit originate from legitimate sources and you are not engaged in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.

okber reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights and/or account closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the okber Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether through the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your legal full name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID.
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid and active Philippine mobile number (Smart, Globe, or DITO) that you personally own.
• A valid email address if requested during registration.

You must notify okber promptly if any of your registered details change. Provision of false, misleading, or inaccurate information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to PAGCOR where required by regulation.

okber reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing Account at any time, without obligation to provide a reason, where it reasonably determines that eligibility requirements are not met or that the User poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with two-factor authentication. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and change it periodically or immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.
• Notify okber's customer support immediately if you become aware of or suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

okber will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from okber that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

All activities conducted through your Account — including bets placed, withdrawals initiated, and bonuses claimed — are deemed to have been authorized by you. okber shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access arising from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

In the event okber detects suspicious Account activity — including login from unusual IP addresses, rapid sequential transactions, or patterns consistent with account takeover — okber may temporarily suspend Account access pending identity re-verification. This action is taken to protect the Account holder and does not constitute a breach of these Terms by okber.

5.1 Deposits. okber accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and Visa/Mastercard credit or debit cards, subject to availability. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. okber does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the Account, or to a verified e-wallet linked to the Account in the User's name.
• Users must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal hold until documentation is provided and verified.
• okber targets processing GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 5 minutes of approval, subject to payment provider availability. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day.

5.3 Bonus Funds. Bonus credits are non-withdrawable until associated Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting Wagering Requirements will result in forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance, with only real-money funds (net of any applicable wagering conditions) being eligible for withdrawal.

5.4 Failed and Reversed Transactions. If a deposit fails to appear in your Account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate a duplicate deposit without first confirming the original transaction status. okber is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards offered by okber are subject to specific promotional terms that will be stated at the time the offer is made. In the absence of specific promotional terms, the following general conditions apply:

• One Bonus Per Player: Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through multiple accounts — results in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before withdrawal eligibility is granted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to Wagering Requirement completion. The specific contribution percentages for each game category will be stated in the applicable promotion's terms. Playing on excluded or low-contribution games will not meaningfully progress wagering completion.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the timeframe specified in their promotional terms will automatically expire and be removed from the Account without notice or compensation.
• Maximum Bet: When using bonus funds, a maximum bet per round or per game may apply. Breaching the maximum bet restriction while using bonus funds may result in the entire bonus balance being forfeited.

okber reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to correct errors in promotional materials. Where a promotion has been offered in error or at incorrect terms, okber may cancel affected bonus grants and notify affected players accordingly.

VIP program benefits — including tier-specific cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and account manager assignment — are governed by the VIP Program terms available in the Account settings area and may be updated periodically.

7.1 General. All bets placed on the okber Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets, or bingo — are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, amounts, and game parameters before confirming. okber does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets under normal circumstances.

7.2 Casino Games. All casino game outcomes on okber are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. okber does not manipulate game outcomes, and all Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published in the individual game information panels. By playing any casino game, you accept the inherent house edge associated with that game.

7.3 Sports Betting. Sports bet settlement is governed by the rules of the relevant sport and the specific market rules displayed at the time of placing the bet. In the event of event cancellation, match abandonment, or other qualifying circumstances, bets will be settled in accordance with okber's Sports Rules, which are available in the sports betting section of the Platform.

7.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a documented technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round or bet — such as a server disconnection during a live dealer game — the affected round may be voided and the bet stake returned to the Player's wallet. okber's technical log will be determinative in establishing the outcome of any malfunction dispute.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okber Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money and bonus funds), and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement agencies where applicable:

• Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account, whether directly or through family members, associates, or third parties.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 or while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and subject to immediate recovery.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate game sessions without okber's express written consent.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting across multiple accounts to gain an artificial advantage on the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward okber staff, support agents, or other Platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise access okber's source code, databases, or proprietary systems without authorization.

okber provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible from within the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you set. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, no further real-money wagering is permitted until the limit period resets or you manually adjust the limit in compliance with the applicable cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable in-session alerts that notify you when a specified duration of play has elapsed. These prompts encourage regular breaks from gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary self-exclusion (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion is available from within the Account menu. During a self-exclusion period, Account access is suspended and no logins or deposits are permitted. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the selected period.
• Reality Check: On-screen indicators showing cumulative session losses and time played, available during game sessions to assist Players in making informed decisions about continued play.

okber participates in PAGCOR's responsible gaming programs and cooperates fully with the PAGCOR responsible gaming regulatory framework. Players who need support beyond what okber can provide are encouraged to seek assistance from PAGCOR's accredited responsible gaming organizations.

Responsible gaming tools are available at no cost to all Account holders. Use of these tools does not in any way prejudice your standing as a Player or your access to any unrestricted portions of the Platform.

All content on the okber Platform — including but not limited to the okber brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, promotional materials, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of okber or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any Platform content without prior written authorization from okber.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use the okber brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner — including on social media, advertising, or third-party websites — without express written consent.
• Commercially exploit any element of the Platform's design, functionality, or game content.

Unauthorized use of okber's intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law. Reports of unauthorized use should be directed to support@okber.club.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okber's total aggregate liability to you arising from or related to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okber shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of business opportunity.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Service interruptions, delays, or inaccessibility caused by third-party infrastructure, internet service providers, payment processors, or circumstances outside okber's reasonable control (force majeure).
• The content, accuracy, or legality of third-party game providers' software integrated into the Platform.
• Your decision to participate in gaming activities — gambling involves inherent financial risk that you voluntarily assume by using the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits okber's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12.1 Termination by User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting okber customer support. Closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any remaining real-money wallet balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method upon identity confirmation.

12.2 Termination by okber. okber reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other competent authority.
• Risk management determinations at okber's sole discretion, including but not limited to unusual betting patterns or account activity inconsistent with personal recreation.

12.3 Consequences of Closure. Upon Account closure or termination:

• Your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked.
• All pending bets or game sessions may be voided, with stakes returned at okber's discretion.
• Bonus balances and incomplete wagering progress are forfeited.
• Where closure is for cause (breach of Terms), okber reserves the right to withhold remaining balances pending investigation and regulatory reporting.

In the event of a dispute between you and okber regarding any aspect of the Platform, your Account, or these Terms, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Submit a detailed written complaint to okber support at support@okber.club or via the live chat system. Include your Account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any relevant transaction reference numbers. okber will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 7 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If the initial response does not resolve your concern, you may escalate the matter in writing, requesting review by okber's senior compliance team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed within an additional 14 business days.
3. Step 3 — PAGCOR Referral: If your dispute remains unresolved after the internal escalation process, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR's Player Complaints Unit in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaints procedures. okber will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.

Players are encouraged to attempt resolution through okber's internal process before approaching regulatory authorities. However, nothing in these Terms limits your right to contact PAGCOR at any point if you believe a regulatory matter is involved.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to applicable provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations and licensing conditions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the okber Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, with venue laid in Metro Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulation.

You waive any objection to venue in the courts of the Philippines on grounds of inconvenience or otherwise, to the extent permitted by Philippine law.

okber reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent version. Changes take effect immediately upon publication to this page.

Where a change is material — meaning it materially affects your rights or obligations under these Terms — okber will endeavour to provide advance notice via Account notification, email (if a registered email address is on file), or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. However, okber is under no obligation to provide advance notice of non-material changes, corrections, or clarifications.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 12.1.

okber aims to acknowledge all written correspondence within 24 hours. Response times may be extended during high-volume periods, but we will confirm receipt of your communication within 1 business day.
